This exhibition is a heartfelt endeavor embodying the community's vision for New Orleans over the next 20 years and marks the 20th anniversary of the next 20 years and marks Katrina's anniversary.

About the event

Jemima Joél will be showing an art piece called Learning to Swim, about an imaginative world in which youth from Katrina were able to swim back and discover all lost sentimental objects in their grandmother's home. At 5:30 pm, Jemima Joél and The Gaias will be performing original music and social justice songs. This exhibition will be on view until November 7th. This exhibition is curated by Déja Jones and Diane Appaix-Castro.
